The Four Parameters That Define HMA Performance

Set speed

How quickly the adhesive solidifies. Non-negotiable for high-speed lines — slow set causes open seals and stoppages.

Open time

How long the adhesive stays workable. Critical for complex assembly operations requiring repositioning or delayed bonding.

Thermal stability
